08 Days Cairo – Nile Cruise

Breakfast, then you will be picked by our guide in private air-conditioned coach to explore one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Visit the impressive 3 Pyramids of Kings Cheops, Chephren, and Menkaure which are guarded by the rock-cut statue (The Sphinx) a large half-human, half-lion statue.

The Great Pyramid of King Cheops is the only standing wonder from the ancient world, although it is 2,000 years older than any other wonder on the list.

Then you will proceed to visit the world-renowned Museum of Egyptian Antiques which exhibits a collection now over 120000 masterpieces range from pre-dynastic era, Pharaonic era to the Greco-Roman period in Egypt including the treasures of the child King Tutankhamen, Pharaonic Gods and Goddess.

Back to your hotel and overnight.

Breakfast, check-out then transfer to Cairo airport for internal flight to Luxor.

Upon arrival meet and greet by our guide then visit Karnak Temple, the largest place of worship ever built. Its ancient name Ipet-isut means the most sacred of places. The temple, or, more correctly, the complex of temples, was built more than two thousand years ago by generation after generation of pharaohs. Within the complex, the great Hypostyle Hall is an incredible forest of giant pillars.

Then you will be transferred to the majestic Luxor Temple which built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for ritual and festivals and dedicated to the god Amun Then enjoy some free time for shopping in Luxor and then you will be transferred back to your Nile cruise ship in Luxor.

Breakfast onboard the Nile cruise in Luxor, then you will be accompanied by your expert guide to enjoy a visit to the West Bank of the river Nile to visit the two colossal statues of Amenhotep III (Colossi of Memnon).

Then visit the Valley of the Kings, where the magnificent tombs discovered, those tombs were carved deep into the desert rock, richly decorated, and filled with treasures for the afterlife of the pharaohs, then you will visit 3 tombs.

You will also have the chance to visit the Hatshepsut Temple at El Deir El Bahary, this impressive temple dedicated to the Queen Hatshepsut the only female pharaoh who rises out of the desert plain in a series of terraces and merges with the sheer limestone cliffs that surround it then back to the cruise to sail to Edfu via Esna Lock with lunch, afternoon tea and dinner aboard your cruise, overnight Esna.

Before breakfast aboard your Nile cruise, you may enjoy the amazing sunrise view from your river cruise in with leisurely free time while sailing to Edfu where you will be transferred by a horse drawn carriage to visit the famous Edfu Temple also known as the temple of Horus & Haroeris, the falcon-headed solar War God is the largest and most perfectly preserved of all the Nile temples.

Back to the Nile cruise by the same way to sail to Kom Ombo to visit the temple the crocodile-headed God of fertility and creator of the world.

Then return to your Nile cruise vessel to take a relaxing sail to Aswan with lunch, afternoon tea and dinner aboard your cruise and a peaceful overnight stay at Kom Ombo.

Breakfast aboard your Nile cruise ship in Aswan and then you will be accompanied by your Egyptologist speaking guide for an exciting tour to the world-famous High Dam that was an engineering miracle when it was built in the 1960s. It contains 18 times the material used in the Great Pyramid of Cheops; continue to the granite quarries which supplied the ancient Egyptian pharaohs with most of the hard stone used in pyramids and temples. The quarries still hold the famous Unfinished Obelisk and then you will be taking by motorboat to island of Egilka visit the majestic Philae Temple that was dedicated to the Goddesses Isis. Afternoon tea will be served onboard, leisurely free time in Aswan, dinner and overnight Aswan.

Breakfast, check-out then transfer to Aswan airport for our internal flight back to Cairo, upon arrival meet and greet then transfer to your hotel for check-in and overnight.
